SBF swap exhaust manifold donor?

I have read somewhere what a good donor vehicle was for cast manifolds for a 5.0/302 swap, but having read so many threads and pages, I cannot remember where to go find it again.

Can anyone confirm that I need early 90's F150 manifolds? Thanks.

Would early Bronco Mani's work? I'm thinking that was their narrowest framed V8, 4x4.

Good question. I'll have to see what I can find for availability...
