Rough Country Lifts

Getting ready to upgrade my 2" lift that was on my cj when i bought it to a 4" and was looking at rough country, but was wondering how the quality was. The jeep is mainly onroad with some occasional trail rides no rock crawling. Would this be a good lift for my needs.

i have used the rough country and they are ok but seem to lead to other problems. in my oppini0on the ez ride kit from tough country is a much better kit.

i just installed one on my buddys yj and xj. they both dont clear 33 as the kit says and also the xj, when driving above 45 if you hit a series of bumps the axle sways dangerously under the truck. i have installed many lifts and havent had any problems like that. however i have had nothing but great luckwith the tough country kits. the ez ride also is much more comfortable.

I had an RC 6.5" lift on my XJ, loved it. Flexed great and didn't have any problems on road.
But, as I read all your troubles, I probably will buy a Tuff Country kit for my CJ

I have a Rubicon Express 4.5" lift on mine and really like it, strong components, great ride and good articulation.
