replacing old door handles

I picked up a pair of old steel cj doors(they came free with the hardtop I bought all together only $200). they have the old rotary style handles and I did not even think that the striker plate would be different. well needless to say I didn't get the striker plates and now I can't find them anywhere. I am putting them on my yj and I was wondering if anyone had ever replaced these handles with the paddle style handles. Not sure if anyone had any other Ideas. Maybe it's just better to sell these and try to find some other ones for cheap. let me know what you think.
Thanks in advance

I have both style handles. Sell yours and look for the correct style for your Jeep.
