OK I don't know if it'll help much but the E is 109mm x 132mm. That E will be the one on your passenger side near the hood catch. The R is square. Maybe your guy can work with that.

Ignore the curve
Can you shoot a picture of the other side as well

Told my girl I just had to forget her, Rather buy me a new cartburettor,

Keith thats perfect. I can make the rhomboid. I just needed a template. I can follow what you just posted the only thing is it still has distortion from the camera. I should be able to get pretty close. Is it possible you could give me some measurements on that. This could be a good collaborative resource for anyone who may need this for custom work.

So I took Keith's photo and tok out as much of the lens distortion as I could. I then mirrored the left side to the right side with the exception of the renegade logo. This should be a good starting point for me to create the Cad file from. I can make no guarantees that this will be 100% exact but it should be pretty close. When I create the Cad template all the line weights and spacing will be fixed. This is just a template to work from. My renegade is a later model so I need some one to give me some dimensions to work from on this.

on a related topic, does anyone have a good above photo or dimensions of the center hood graphic on an '85/86 Renegade? My hood was repainted and they never replaced the center portion.

83- 84 decals
Once I get everything set with dimensions, font, etc I will sit down with my sign guy and go over colors. I'm looking at blacks, grays, whites, etc.
I'm looking to do that sometime this week.

I still like the old style lettering

Maybe it's memories of scraping the old factory decals off my 85 hood!

I did a search for phoenix graphics and found a heap of very unhappy customers and even video's of the poor quality. Its going to cost me close to $500 to get a full set made and shipped here so i wanted to make sure i got the best quality i could find but the complaints have me worried. Is there anyone else that does them RIGHT and are decent quality? Its for a 83 Larado
