Count me in! Red CJ's are the best! You have to look closely, but the Jeep is in the pic, you just have to look! Sorry, only pic I have on this computer...
Ya, I see it. Now that's a bright red!
Not sure if I like the fuel line back there by the firewall but it looks and makes the engine bay uncluttered. Only problem here in the state of Pennsylvania, that length of rubber hose for the fuel line would never pass inspection.
I would not have my fuel line routed that close to the heater hose. It acts like a preheater for the fuel. I prefer my fuel going into the carb as dense (cold) as possible. Out here in California it would probably be a vapor lock problem.
Hey fellow Red CJ Club members we all know how good these CJs look all nude but I found this old picture from '98 on an old computer that I haven't run in years. You be the judge, it might be just "in the eye of the beholder" but I reckon they go alright with their clothes on too.
Hey Keith so just checking you put 32x11.5 on your CJ right? My rims are all new an' purty so all I need now is tyres, skinny stock flares and,oh yeah, money! Then I'll be back to stocko for this CJ. The big chubby ones can then go onto the CJ8 where I think they'll look better.
I was looking for threads that might have a picture of a 4.0 in a CJ. I stumbled onto this old thread. I figured I would bring it back to the top by joining the Red CJ Club. The thread starter apparently had a 4.0 in his CJ-7 at one time.
This is my second Sebring Red CJ-7, and this picture is from last summer before I started my slow motion engine swap.
I'm in as well, mine is Cardinal Red (OP). Although a PO has rattle canned some places outside it's still red and the dash and most of the interior is original red.
This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread. Please consider creating a new thread.
