Re 4.5 cj pic request

Looking for some pics of cjs with the 4.5 re lift kit and wondering what tires go best with it. Seems to be a toss up between 33's and35's

With 35's u will end up hitting in the rear. Here is mine with a 1" bl and tj flairs with old 35's


U can see where I cut for the flairs



Give u an idea on the Hightower. Red one is stock with 31's

35's on 4" lift springs

I only had to trim due to contact at severe articulation.

I have the RE 4.5" lift with 1" BL. Your problem with 35s will be the back of the tub, not height. I cut mine like John did and installed Rugged Ridge flares.

There's another thread showing CJs with 35s, so you can see them there.

Here is my cj7 with a 4.5 RE lift and 33's


Here it is again on 35's and 4.5 RE lift


35's rubbed so I put on TJ flares and 4.5 RE lift

Aero that rig is really super clean. It seems like everyone is doing the one inch body lift and 35's..except kponytail. How's the 33's feel on your 5 kponytail?
