Ramsey winch wiring diagram

I have a dinosaur looking ramsey winch on my jeep. The po smoked it to the point of melting the metal straps into the plastic housing covering the solonoids. To say it was abused would be an understatement. I need a wiring diagram for this winch, but there is no model numbers. I am guessing late 70's early 80's winch, maybe older. I would like to post a pic, but i am not sure i have enough posts to yet, plus i have not taken one yet. My googling has not turned up anything i can use yet. I figured someone on here would surely be able to help me out. Also, would i be better off replacing the copper looking straps, that hook everything up, with new coated wire? Thanks to all!

My suggestion would be to snap a few pics of the winch and email Ramsey. I'm sure their techs can help you out. Good luck.
