Eh, just look around. They won't have "JEEP" labeled on them most likely. I don't even know what mine are...I think they start with an "s".

What type of racing seats? The hard plastic ones ? I've seen them in a Jeep but I don't think they would be very comfortable. I'm looking at either the Mastercraft Rubicon, or the Corbeau wide body, as I have a wide body.

i put the plastic seats from 4wdh in mine and they sat too high, way too high. ive seen them in other jeeps but they may have made different seat brakets. i couldnt even fit between the steering wheel and the seat with the plastic ones. good luck

I'm old and like comfortable seats. I got the Mastercraft Rubicons and I'd buy them again....great seats.

I've got those plastic racing seats with covers in both of my CJ5s.. they're okay. I can put up with them for a full weekend of trail riding or zipping around town (where you're in and out of the Jeep frequently). However, I would'nt even want to imagine what they'd be like on a long road trip.

The padding is okay. Pretty comfy. I run harnesses in Big Lime and regular seat belts in my little CJ. I like the way the seats hug me around the hip area (hmmm that came out funny) duing extreme off camber stuff.. keeps me from sliding around... very secure.

Don't remember where I got my harnesses. They're 3" strapping "H" style harnesses with the quick release buckle. They're actually a 5 point harness but I don't use the submarine belt (crotch belt). They're also roll cage mounted instead of bolted to the floor. I run a shoulder harness bar across the back of the seats between the rollcage legs (at shoulder height). I connected the lap belts to my rollcage where it runs across the floor (my seat mounts). If you're used to wheeling with stock shoulder belts, the harnesses take a little getting used to. Once they're cinched up, you're not leaning anywhere. If you can't peg your shoulders back against the seat and reach a switch, you'll have a hard time reaching it when strapped in too. Just keep that in mind when planning for switches, shifters.. etc.

i don't have a rollbar right behind the seat so would i have to get a floor mount harness or could i mount the harness to the stock rollbar above the seat
i think i'm going to get my harness from summit also
