Well, I have the carb mounted, throttle cable, fuel line and 12v going to the elect choke. Do I connect the pcv valve directly to the carb and nowhere else?
Also, do I need to plug the distributor? Sorry for the stupid questions but I am going at this alone and I have never done this before. By the way it is a 34/34.
The PCV on the back side of the valve cover goes into the base of the air cleaner. There should be somewhere to plug it in, and the kit should come with the hoses and everything already. The one from the front of the valve cover (with the PCV valve) should go into the baseplate adapter that comes with the Weber kit. There should be a fitting that screws into this to allow you to plug the rubber hose in. I'd use some RTV or Teflon tape on the fitting just in case to prevent vacuum leaks. As for the distributor vacuum line you need that for vacuum timing advance. This goes into the carburetor base on mine. There should be a small tube that you can plug it into for vacuum. Hope this helps...
Check This thread out. I just did the weber swap and it was a flawless swap. get the holley low pressure fuel regulator 12-804 and your golden. I didn't even need to tune mine. Hope this helps you out.
