Put in new plugs

I changed all my plugs, got my timing right, but my #5 cylinder is not firing -- or isn't firing well. After a ride this weekend, on the way home jeep just didn't seem right, so when I got home I splashed just a little water on the headers -- and instead of getting steam on #5 I had a wet spot.....aside from it possibly being a bad plug or bad wires, what are some other possibilities?

Swap a wire from a good one, take a ride, repeat your test.
