Prop valve leaking

I installed a 93 YJ power booster and master cylinder in my 76 manual brake CJ. All that went fine. Now, however, I have a leak from the little plastic screw-in piece on the top of my prop valve. I changed to the plastic piece from the YJ prop valve, but it still leaks. I think this piece is just the electrical connection for the "no brakes" idiot light, so can I just seal the top hole with a brass plug?

The elec outlet on top is for the "no brake" light, and you should be able to seal with no ill affect. I sealed mine for the same reason and all works fine
