A little more progress tonight, just need to build the tie rod and drag link and ream out the pitman arm to fit a 1 ton drag link end. Does anybody see a problem with putting the drag link end on top of the pitman arm?

The only problem I can see is you don't have crap from one end of your shop to the other. How do you get anything done?
Looks good!

I don't see why it won't work.

Haha, it's my cousin's shop and he is very picky about his shop.

Kinda what I was thinking. Since I have to ream the pitman arm to fit the 1 ton ends I could just ream from the top and it would make a for a flatter drag link.

I just put in the order for the 1 ton tie rod reamer through jcr offroad, they had the best price and seem to have good prices on other things too. Also finished the tie rod last night and need the reamer to be able to get the measurements for the drag link.

I haven't drove it yet but I will report when I do but I'm not sure when I'll get to wheel it again
