Going to Order the Wiring harness this week for the LS2.
Im still working on the dash and gauges. I'm going to go a different route with the gauges than I originally intended. The Original Volt & Oil gauges are not cooperating with me. While trying to give them a new look the needles just crumble on me due to Sun damage and age. I'm going to go with some Auto Meter Gauges and now add a Tranny Temp gauge as well. With Separate Fuel, Volt, Oil pressure, & Water temp gauges. Its going to be nothing but wiring for me for a while.

Make sure you take plenty of pictures on this part, I'm doing it in a few weeks.

It's Official! The Harness and ECM has been Ordered through PSI Conversions. The only major difference I had to make was ditching the Drive By Wire and going to a Drive by cable set up with a new billet Throttle body from edelbrock. And going back to the CJ Pedal. Reason being is, They only made the LS2 with the 24X reluctor for two years and nobody really makes a harness that supports the E40 ECM. So, going to a 90mm Drive by cable set up and a LS1 ECM was a must. Or I would have had to find a Pedal and Tach Module from a C5 vette to keep the Drive by wire, and those are out of production and expensive and would cost more than the new edelbrock throttle body.

got a little bit more work done on the dash. Still waiting on a tach, and speedo. I was bummed out about not being Abel to use that sweet looking GTO pedal, So now that I have to use the CJ pedal I decided to trick it out too. I also have a matching brake pedal.

The gauges? or the pedals?
The pedals I found on E-bay, They said they were for a YJ/TJ. The accelerator pedal comes with a little bit of a concave to it. So, you have to bend it straight. Set it over the plastic pedal and drill 3 holes. 1of the holes, you will need to trim a little bit of plastic away to get the provided washer and nut on and get it to tighten down flat.
Gauges, are Auto meter Ultra-lites. I have the 180 MPH Electronic Speedo on the way as well as a 8000 RPM Tach. I will have to do some sort of a plate attached to the back of the old speedo hole as it's only 5" not sure if I will have to modify the tach hole yet.

I'd rather have the cable for the gas and as far as I'm concerned it'll be better in the long run. Hurry so we can hear about this thing running or are you about to take another vacation again.

It's not called Vacation, It's called Marriage Maintenance! We all know we need that!
The harness should show up next week. I hope.
I also have a dual fan harness coming to run the fans in a parellel/series set up. I will have 2 wires coming from the ECU, 1 for high, 1 for low fan speeds triggered by pre programmed temps in the ECU. The fist wire will trigger both fans to run at 6 volts or half speed. And if needed the second wire will trigger them to run at the full 12 volts or full speed.

I really like your gauge setup. Did you have to re-engineer your defroster duct to get those to fit?

I was looking at that the other day. But I forgot about it. I'm not sure yet. I'll get back to you on that. I'll make it work some how.

Update- Upon further review, You are right.
I'm going to have to modify the duct. If I can't heat it up with my heat gun and squish it in a bit. Then this is something I found searching a bit. I might have to consider this.

You know, that looks like a better setup than the factory anyway...no paper ducting.
