Pre-1976 CJ5 body lift

I am looking to put a 1" body lift on my 1974 CJ5 as I put it back together (in conjunction with a 2.5" spring lift). I was hoping to find a kit complete with bushings and mounting hardware, and can only seem to find a complete Daystar kit for 1976 and newer.

Am I looking online in the wrong places? I tried the usual places (Quadratec, Morris 4x4, etc.) and found a kit without bushings, or a bushing kit without lift harware. Will I need to piece together my own "complete" kit by buying the bushings, lift pucks, and/or hardware separately?

Or, Is there a "package" kit for a newer CJ that might be compatible with the existing 1974 body mounts? (Are the 1976 body mount bushings and hardware compatible?)
