Pix of my New Project

I set up a website today where I will track the progress on my restoration progress, the address is in my sig.

However here are some pix of the jeep we just bought after a quick pressure washing:

I thought the same thing once I downloaded the pix to my pc, but then I stepped outside and saw what the camara does not show!

There is rust in the:
fenders
floor pans
rear tail gate

The engine is missing 1/2 the emissions parts and just enuff parts are attached to make it run pissy.

The steering is shot

The bushings are rather aged/worn

It is amazing how nice a picture can make something look. Simply due to that reason we passed up 4-5 other jeeps and went locally. Pcitures might not lie but they can sure gloss over the details!

My web space comes free with my time warner cable modem, I dunno about other place vut i would assume they give you room for a home page usually.

Looks like a great project! I am about to start the same on my 84 CJ7. I love the dolly for the tub. Can you give me any dimensions on it? I'd like to build the same for mine. Keep up the great website.
