Pitman arm question?

I am trying to remove the smaller castle nut on the small side of the pitman arm. It is spinning, but won't come off. Anybody run into this before? I have the other big nut off on the other end, and ready to take the puller to it. I'm stuck, this is the last thing to do to complete the lift.

Thanks in advance!

Run your tie rod separator in just enough to wedge it, then tap the wrench with a hammer that usually busts them loose for me without hurting the drag link!
