Yeah, it was a lot weaker here in DC than further north. I never lost power which is a first for a bad storm. I would say the gusts got up to 60+ mph and it rained a crap load but no real damage to speak of.

Ha! Sad to say I have not done much on the CJ. Don't know how huch is I have temporarily lost interest or just busy with other stuff. Probably 50/50. I know I am procrastinating because the next task is to replace a floor board and I don't really want to do it.

Paul check the last page or two of this thread. The person is doing the exact same thing. I've done 4 floor pans. It's really not that hard.

On the 2nd and 3rd pages are a 4.6 stroker he just built. Will is a friend and fellow wheeler, if there's nothing else to do, check it out.

Bill

The best way to get a job done that you really don't like is to just hunker down and do it, then put it behind you. The worst part of this is the anxiety of preparing for the work. Just do it! Of course, there's nothing wrong with taking some time off. You can always point out that you have a good looking, good running frame!

Yeah what's up with you blokes? Prime CJ weather is just around the corner for you lot, you'd hate to waste another summer driving around in something with a lid, right?

Yeah, that guy has been a procrastinating fool!!! He should have been done long ago. Unfortunately Dave I have been in and out of the hospital since Dec with lung issues and have not been able to work on the CJ at all. I am hoping I will be able to get back at it by June.

Since I have been out of commision since Dec, my Father In Law thought it would be a good idea to go shoot this weekend before I go back in the hospital at at the end of the month. I could not agree more!!!! Supposed to be sunny and warm in the WVA mountains so off to the hills the weekend to do some shooting. My collection has dwindled over the years and all I have now are my three favorites to shoot. Home made AR-15 from the 80's, my original Thompson Center Contender with a .44 10" barrel and a Dan Wesson 357. I also have an old Marlin .22 WMR bolt action I may take as well.

What is up with the ammo shortage???? Every store I went to barely had any ammo and said they could not keep it on the shelves?? I had to buy .223 online at bulkammo.com.

Glad to see you up and at it Paul. Nice guns. I like guns by the way, even more than Jeeps.

What's up with the ammo shortage. Well maybe it's got something to do with a bunch of goons in D.C. thinking you have no right to own those guns and people have reacted by arming themselves so they can blow the ever livin daylights out of their oppressors, i.e those in D.C. and other liberal bastons.
