Most of the NAPA stores around me will also custom make hydraulic hoses for you. The right fittings and length of your choice. Guys w/ tractors and off road equipment seem to be in there often getting a hose made up.

Best top Bikini

part# 52508

50$

graded D-

i give it the D because i did actually get it on my jeep but it looks like junk, is junk and best top as a company is junk.

Not sure why they can not make the top the same as 10 years ago when it fit like a glove but this joke is a waste of time and money. The top is cut ~one inch from the ends and snaps are placed there. The snap on mine is too close to the seam and will not allow it to fold over and slide into the track. I removed a snap hoping it would fit but because of the binding stitched at the seam it still will not go in.
When i find a good source for the plastic stiffener i will make the top myself and it will fit like it should.

I have had and been using my Bestop Classic for 4 years now (looks identical to yours) except I left the snaps on. They did not get in the way for me. I have not had a single problem with mine. The only thing I did differently was I did not like the current 2 piece W/S rail. I had an older 1 piece rail I used instead. Also I installed 12-24 nutserts and Stainless socket head bolts then bolted the rail to the W/S frame. No sheet metal screws for me

Tito, sorry for the late response, but I ended up bringing my glass and the frame to a glass shop and they sourced the rubber seal, came out awesome.

No problem. I tried 2 different manufacturers seals neither was worth a crap. One was too big and I was not about to cut it and have a gap/seam, and the other was too thick causing the glass to shatter upon install. So I ended up reusing my old seal and A tube of W/S urathane sealer.

All you need to do is cut an inch off your retaining channel on each side. Will fit fine

What about the soft top? How well does it fit after the trim?

I'd rather be lost on the trails than found at home!

No, I had an older rail from an extra windshield frame. main reason I used it over the current rail is I did not care for the 2 piece design and the one piece rail was heavier aluminum. I never cut anything the snaps land just outside the rail tips so it was a non issue for me. I'll post up a couple of photos later today.
Ohh side note my Bestop full soft top fits perfectly too. Same thing the snaps are just outside the ends of the rail.
