Parking brake assembly

Does anyone know where to buy a new parking brake assembly? Mine no longer "clicks" and stays locked down. I am going to take it off the jeep and tinker with it, but if unsuccessful I want to order a new one.

Once you get it removed clean it up real good and get all the under dash lint and crud out of it . Then lube it up good and I would bet it works. I have saved several this way.

I'd get mine from another JF Member by posting a thread in JF's Wanted Forum instead of some random on evilBay. I know I have a couple sitting in the garage.

I also got mine from ebay, 15 to 20 bucks, got a pic from the seller of the gear teeth just to make sure it was in good shape. The teeth on my original was also worn out

Mine was not locking or clicking down. I removed it and de-greased it with some brake clean and it functioned like new.. A little fresh grease and it's as good as new..
