Painting in garage, not floor

I will be painting my jeep in my garage this weekend. Where do I find rosin impregnated paper to cover the floor along with wetting it prior to painting? I have seen it used on this forum, just don't know where to find it. Has anyone used it, or used something different?

Matt

Like everybody else has said you can find at any local hardware store. And it does work good, I just painted my jeep a couple weekends ago and used this stuff on the floor. Its sturdy enough to put down and soak with a hose and it will last. Just drag the hose in with you so you can make sure it stays wet. Good luck and take alot of pictures!

I prefer NOT to cover my garage floor when I paint. I find that having that a perfect outline so I know where to park comes in quite handy...

Except for when the clear coat makes it so sticky your shoes won't stay on your feet.

just spray down some water, and have a helper keep it wet. paper is not needed. I have helped my friend paint in his garage a few times. This is all we do and never have had paint stick to the floor. When finished, just sweep the water out. If the water drys, use a little but of pine sol and it comes right up.

never heard of resin impregnated paper, except fly traps

I had good advice from well known auto painting experts. Do not wet the floor, but mist it slightly. Remember- the evaporation of the water can affect the paint and it's drying. Better yet cover the floor only.
Most dust will come from the cracks and crevasses between doors and indents in the body.
