Paint Questions

I've got an '84 CJ7 that is in pretty good shape, no major dents or rust holes. Several surface rust spots that I've treated with poorly matched Duplicolor. A bit of an oxidation problem on the hood as well. I'm getting tired of continuously sanding the new rust spots, treating them, and then painting just to stop growth of the rust spot. I live is southern CA....rust shouldn't be a problem....then again, AMC should have made better products. I saw a show on TV that described a guy that dips entire bodies into a chemical pool to strip paint and then dips it again in some sort of rust proof chemical. After that, small body imperfections are filled a good paint job makes it look real good.

I live near Los Angeles...any idea where to go for something like this? Any idea of how much it will cost?
