These seats came off a 67'CJ6, has anyone seen a pair like these before in a jeep?

They look a lot like boat seats.

Yeah I haven't seen any like those before, however the seat braces all match up perfectly and each seat slides up or back very easily with a pull latch. I haven't seen any boat seats with this kind of hardware underneath the seat. I believe that are automobile seats just not jeep.
