Ongoing build put into High Gear

Well guys I have been wanting to start this thread for about two months. I'll start by saying that I sold my sole I mean my bike to get this project done. I only put 500 miles on it last year so I figured it was time to let her go.
So after the bike was gone I went on a spending spree, I felt like a kid in a candy store And the best part about it all so far is the wife hasnt said one thing about the money Ive been spending, and trust me the guys at 4 wheel parts were ready to make me part of the family.

Onto the build. Since I now have everything I need to finish my project I have been spending 4nights a week on the jeep(the only deal with the wife). Here is a quik list of things that I have got done since the selling the bike.
4.1 transfercase/sight tube
new poly tank/3/16" steel skid
1.5" Rubicon Express lift
Roll cage
Crusher Corners
rocker gaurds/custom
stainless brake lines
Stripped the axles down for paint, gears/ lockers
Transmission/Transfercase Skid
a bunch of small misc. stuff

Here's a few pics

First shippment

[IMG][/IMG]

Second shippment(some things from the first)

[IMG][/IMG]

Tube bender(I converted to hydraulic)

[IMG][/IMG]

Thought I should pay some respects to the missed, but never forgotten!

Here's a few of the cage..I pulled the tub to do the transfercase and I thought it would be easier to do the cage on the ground rather than climbing in and out

Seat mounts(mounts not shown)

My oldest boy Tyler helping pull it out of the tub

How do I make the pics smaller?

Here's a few of my tank skid and my cross member....

[IMG][/IMG]

I made it a pretty tight fit! I also siliconed all of the seams on the inside and actually ran a bead a couple inches in in the tank so no water could sit under it. There are 4 drain holes, one at each corner of the skid.

[IMG][/IMG]
I had to do a skid since the one I had was for a TH400/qauratrac combo. I wanted to keep it up as high as I could, so I clocked the transfercase up flat.
I dont have any pics of it mounted but if you want some I can take some.

[IMG][/IMG]

I plated the bottom woth 3/16" But I do plan on putting some of that plastic(cant remember the name) on it also

[IMG][/IMG]

Here's one of my air tank and my fuel pump. The tank is a 3 gallon tank from an old compressor that burnt up. Fit's perfect

[IMG][/IMG]

Right now I am trying to finish the fab up on my crusher corners and rockers so I can get it to paint in the next 2-3 weeks.

Alright guys I need a hand. I am going to try and hit the junk yard up here in the next week or so. So what kind of seat sliders can I find there for my seats so I dont have to spend $80 bucks a peice.

Also I plan on getting my brake calipers for my rear disc brakes. Has anybody done this swap and figured out if there is any e-brake cables that work?

This is the write up I followed....

I think you're missing a few hundred pictures... unless I missed the build thread somewhere else?

tsujeeper, for the frame I went with Por15 then went over that with duplicolor spray in bed liner for the flat textured look. It seems like it should hold up good.

derfballs, I did the cage. I am working on it right now doing a overhead console. I will probally do a Write up on that. I havnt seen one done like im doing so i will share my experience.
