One side has a misfire

i've got my jeep running better after re adjusting the idle but there is still a cylinder that is misfiring on the passenger side, what could cause this? tomorrow I plan on replacing the spark plugs on that side to see if it fixes it, what else could cause this to happen (i hope its not low compression)

Have you checked the plug wires?

Well I replaced the plug wire I ruined... But it still happens so I'm going to replace the plugs now then If that fails I'm going to try switching the other wires, if that fails I'm just going to try a compression test
