One piece axle

Well I have a oppurtunity to get the superior one-piece axles for my model 20 for $150 brand new from local shop. I am also having them truss it and weld the tubes and put a air locker in it.

will I have a problem with 33 inch tires and a 6 cylinder. I went with superior for My TJ so I thought I should do the same for my Cj.

With the one piece axles and the truss, the AMC 20 is stronger than a d44. You won't have a problem.

yeah, if your ot use to a locker in the rear your going to hate it, if its a daly driver id put it in the front. if you just use your jeep for off roading and driving it on weekends then put it in the back. thats the first thing i noticed on my jeep. when i let off the gas it would kick to the right, and kick when i gave it gas, chirp when backing up and going around a corner. but i only use mine for four wheeling. on the other hand, your friends will be impressed whe you make the tires squeel when turning or backing up, everyone will know you have a locker. put it in the front and a limited slip in the back if its a daly driver. just my 2 cents.
