Well, my fiasco with 4WD.com over shocks continues....I don't know whether to laugh or cry.
After realizing they sent me the wrong shocks, I arranged of have the correct ones overnighted last Friday. Knowing that UPS doesn't deliver overnight on weekends to my house in the boonies, I had the package shipped to a business center in town.
My "overnight" package, that was suppose to arrive last Saturday, finally showed up today, so I excitedly rushed to town (30 minutes away) to get it. To my shock and disappointment, there was only (2) shocks in the box!! Furthermore, they charged me the overnight shipping!! What?
Needless to say, I was on the phone with 4WD within seconds. I raised enough he11 that I think I have the shipping issue resolved, and have (2) more shocks on their way. Of course, I still have to box up the wrong ones and send them back, then make sure my card gets credited properly....damn.
So, I will have to wait at least one more day to wrap up my install.
At this point, I can honestly say I will NEVER
order from 4WD again. I understand mistakes happen, but complete incompetency is unacceptable.
