The extended mounts showed up a day early. I will get them put on this weekend at some point and put up some pics.

Yeah........the tire saga. When you measured your BFGs, did you measure side to side or top to bottom? When I measured the Toyos on my truck side to side, they were pretty much on the money.

I know.....I know. If a 285/75 16 will measure out the same as your 32x11.50, I will have what I want. I really want 16s.....

If it eases your mind any, my BFGs measure almost 32" horizontally. I guess gravity compresses them over an inch.

I'm a bit surprised you're going with 16"s, given the effort you've made to keep your CJ relatively stock. I'm sure they'll look good, tho.

looking good but I wish I lived near you or visa a versa...I would just swap wheels/tires with you for a week or so to help you make up your mind!

The 16s that I want to go with have a 4" backspace on an 8" wheel (technically 9"), so they will still be relatively deep enough. I wish you did as well mvigo.

Alright fellas......I think I have narrowed it down...... Cooper STT TeK 3 (32x11.50 15), and American Racing Baja 15x8. Sheeeeesh......what a relief! So...a little bit of Boomvader....and a little of MVIGO
