Not a 3B but as noted, 2A (most likely) or 3A. Windshield frame may have 3A arms but rest is someone's "custom" work. The doors make me suspect the sills are also likely missing. Definately bubbaized to the extreme. If it ran good with no apparent problems and you just wanted a useable Jeep, maybe $1000 but it is pretty apparent that one will take a lot of work to bring it back to something looking close to stock.
