Did you push in the little button on the proportioning valve? It must be pushed in for the rear brakes to bleed.

Yes I had to use needle nose vice grips but I was able to press the little pin flat. But still no real bleed in the rear. I am thinking the value itself my be clogged. My reasoning is the the reed switch to trigger the Breaks warning light is triggered and the light is on. Also seeing no difference in bleed volume if pin is depressed. I think I saw a post for a value tear down and cleaning. Guess I can try that.

It has been a while since I posted so figured I would throw a quick update. Break issue was resolved, ended up being the bubble in the Master Cylinder, I can now lockup all 4 wheels.

Just stepping back to see the progress this old CJ has made brings much pride.
Here are some simple before and after shots.
