I haven't used anybody's adapters yet But when I sent an e-mail to Novak asking questions they answered me relativley quickly. That speaks well of their customer service.

A gentleman named Eric from Novak. with no promise of a sale, nor any pressure, professionally led me through a T-18 'shorting'

I appreciate intelligence

I'll buy the product from Novak

Novak only does Jeeps, if that helps. They have an answer to any question you'll have. I used thier kit for my NP435 swap. They were great, the parts were great, and AA sucked. They couldn't answer any questions, (for example, how much longer would the setup be?) and just didn't impress me much.

i have had great customer service from both. i don't think you can go wrong with either company's products. personally, though, i just love all the technical information available on the novak site. it is a wonderful resource.

Definetely Novak.

All they do is JEEPS. Do you have a Jeep????

And not only do the sell / make Jeep stuff, but they are avid off roaders, so they have tested and proven their products.
