got started on my SBC swap. built my motor mounts and got them tacked in. Still have alot of trial and error going on. It was a pain but I finally got the Carb plate level both side to side and front to back. Going to mount an np205 next week and start building a tranny crossmember. If only I didn't have to work, I might get this done

I have owned my jeep for a year now!

got my th-350 and np205 mounted today. I welded some angle iron onto the stock Chevy cross member and bolted it through the frame rails. I ended up with a rear driveshaft length of 20 1/4 inches. Going to talk to the local drive shaft shop and probably have a Cv shaft made.

didn't take any pictures, but spent about 6 hours stripping my hood yesterday. It was full of bondo, so it should be fun getting it straight.

kept working on my tube fenders today. I got the drivers side done and the passenger side tacked together. still need to weld it solid and cut out the sheet metal. I am also still trying to decide what to do for inner fenders?

Pretty sweet, sorry if I missed it, but are you going to convert to coils or not.

Nice work! Love the flatty fenders and roll bar setup. The best part is you are making it all yourself.

thanks, originally I didn't plan to do this much but I got it apart and have just started building stuff. I was hoping to have it on the road this summer, but its not looking good.

I haven't worked on the jeep much lately. I did get the seatbelt mounting points tacked into the rollbar and the tub. I also started wire brushing the inside of the tub. Getting it ready for bedliner.

Finally got the inside of my tub lined! I sprayed epoxy primer down then used seam sealer on all the seams and welds. I put down 2 coats on the floor and 1 on the sides. The bed liner looks funny in one of the pictures becuase it wasn't dry yet.
