nitro vs. hydro

Can anyone tell me the difference between the SkyJacker shocks and what the ride/height differences would be?

I see that it is about $20 difference in price and I was just wondering about the lasting power of the shocks from one to the other.

Thanks,
cb

No diffference in ride hight. I have the Nitros. I'm nor real hrdcore, and I thnk that they are too stiff. Save your $ and get the Hydros - I had them on my old Jeep, I like them better.

I have a 76 CJ-5 with the 304 so I am a little concerned about the weight of the motor on the shocks, that was really the main concern.

But you did answer nitros stiffer then hydros.

Thanks,
