New project :1977 CJ7 (pics)
My buddy just picked up this 1977 CJ7 and we plan to do a complete frame off resto. It didn't come with an engine but he just got a Chev 327 to put in it. Not in any hurry to finish it but hope to have it running be next summer. I plan to post pics and keep everyone updated. As of right now, the tub is off the frame and prepping the frame for painting.

Uh, well, paid $500 for it. Body is in great shape, only 1 spot of rust on the rear where the tire carrier is. Frame has absolutely no rust on it. Yeah, your right, it is going to be alot of work but hopefully a rewarding experience. Got the 327 V8 for $150. Gotta have something to spend your money on, right?
