All I could think of is a ground and hot wire for an electric choke, if so equipped....but then I'm an AFB guy


The parts shop that stocks part for Skylab II will not have parts for our year/model of Jeep
We cannot accurately judge the trajectory of a speeding critter (cat, dog, sasquatch)
Record heat waves and floods only occur when we visit that area

I guess what Im asking is does it have an electric choke? How do I tell?

Here's a shot of that Carter clone that tried to burn up BB a few years back;



That black cylindrical unit on the left front is how Carter mounts their electric chokes of the AFB (among others), other manufacturers may position them elsewhere but characteristic of these is the often black body with the adjacent increments that is the adjustment for the choke butterfly (lean or rich for summer or winter)

Ok. I have something very similar, I just dont see a place for the wire to hook up.

On this AFB clone (and the genuine article) there are two spade connectors on the side of that black cylinder. Perhaps yours are broken off? I hope not!

As the floor drain plugs were missing when I first got 'BB' I found new ones at the hardware store from 20 cents each.
