new floors have a questions....??

so i went and bought a sheet of 16g steel. now i am cutting out the rust in my floor and replacing it with new metal. now i had to cut out the body mount channel things. ((the whole passenger side floor area.)) does anyone have an idea of how i could replace these...i was thinking i could bend some new ones with my friends breaker. or has anyone done anything else?? like maybe using some rectangular steel???

suggestions are appreciated.. i will post pics when i get home.

I am not sure what your trying to do but you need to look at Classic Ind. web site. They make good thick repair panels.

If I didn't want to buy the replacement parts, I'd use small U channel and a welder.
