New battery cables
Hey guys where is the best place to get new battery cables for my 79 CJ7? I'm not sure if its vehicle specific or can be used between many different cars?

Pretty sure it isn't vehicle specific. You can get cables at any auto parts store. I know they are in the Battery section at Advance Auto.

You can just make them
It is pretty easy. I used 2 gauge wire and crimped ends on, then used HD battery cable heatshrink wrap.

cool. Mine have been shorting out, I have to wiggle them around to get the jeep to start.
