hey folks ! brand new here !
85 cj stock 4.2 (dog)
4inch lift 35's 4:10 posi
recently twisted the drivers side hub right off the splines in the amc 20 rearend ????? wtf??? anyone else heard of this?
also what would you recommend to lock the front dif?

thinking of a 6.6 duramax !!

Just get some one-piece axles and put in there and you won't have to worry about it anymore. It's a common problem with the AMC20.

84 CJ7, 258, shackle reversal, 4.56 gears, lockrite , moser one piece axles, 37" SSR's

Happens a lot. Drop the $300 for the one peice and never wory about it again.

Get Superior Gear or Moser brand one piece axles. They are supposed to be a little sturdier than the other one piecers out there. I've had superior for 7-8 years and haven't had a problem with them.
