Needing a 2 barrel 4.2L intake!

I looked in the classifieds & found one, made a post on that thread.

Meanwhile, I'm still looking. Anyone have one laying around? They should be the same from about '81 CJ through the '90 YJ models.

The one I'm searching for is NOT bolted to the exhaust manifold, aluminum, and uses a flex pipe to connect the intake & exhaust manifolds.

Thanks!

Max

I've dealt with this guy quite a few times. Lots of parts, reasonable prices. Don't know if he ships or not. Give him a call.412-427-2616
I picked up my 2 bbl intake and exhaust manifold from him for $40. Not the aluminum one though.

Any junkyards around you? AMC Eagles also used the same manifold on their 258s.

There are quite a few salvage yards around me. The problem is that these yards are geared towards late-model vehicles, and they have a quick turnover rate with their vehicle inventory. Lots of car crushing going on.....

I have one also from a 84 block engine that I was going to strip down and sandblast. The manifold heater is kaput on it though. It's a two barrel aluminum OEM manifold.

Out of the States this week on business so won't be able to get to it until Sunday.
