Exclamation Need part!

Hi,
I am doing a frame up restoration of a 1984 CJ-7.
I need a driver side caliper anchor plate (the 2 torx bolt design) and so far I can't seem to fint it anywhere.
Can anyone here point me in the right direction?
PS. I live on a caribbean island and there are no junkyards here So if someone knows a place where I can mail order this I will be more than gratefull.

Have you tried Walck's or 4WD Hardware? Be more specific on the part you're looking for.

How more specific do you want him to get??

This is what he means:

I am afraid that that part is not available new as far as I know. I've checked several catalogues and all the parts are listed apart from the anchor plate.

Maybe one of the guys on this board has a spare laying about or can source you one from a junkyard and mail it to you.

Specific enough so we can understand what the heck he's looking for. Many folks here don't know what a caliper anchor plate is, much less "torx design".
God forbid that you british folks would ever have to talk down to anyone politely.

Well excuse me, but if you don't know what a caliper anchor plate is, should you be working on brakes?? Two bolt, six bolt... The only two options (for the CJ-7). As for Torx... Most Jips are littered with the critters and anybody that has worked on a Jip before will have sworn at them whether it'd be the windshield hinges, door hinges, dashboard mounting bolts, roll bar, they're everywhere (unfortunately).

I didn't think I was unpolite, just couldn't understand what else he could have added.
