I get mine from 4WDH, usually get them there while I am there picking up other parts.

As for weaknesses, I have bent a few spring plates before doing any damage to the u-bolts. I need to find new stronger ones....

Wow! sweet job. I presume the boosters are going to space?

Here are some uses for ground dwellers, the first pic is CP and 6AL4V forged together, second is 6AL4V liners and backstrap.





As a side note, I am 90% sure the OP was kinda joking about using ti for his Ubolts, I was kinda going along with it.

But seriously, test first if anyone does use ti on a Jeep in a critical location. Safety first, Chuck Yeager probably flew most of his experimantal flights w/o his family. LOL

Mine are chromoly and are sold by cutthroat4x4 im not sure what axles you have though.

Thanks for all the info...called napa and they have all diff lengths and diameters...will consider hitting up the big rig supply too... Btw...just bought my wife a 2013 wrangler sport, pretty stoked! What a nice rig! Now my wife better not have any complaints about me working on my old cj...haha

Got to watch some of them leave too..........
Yes, I am using some custom made(by 'me')Ti bolts'n nuts on my Jeep. Just cause I could is all.......No other reason.
