Need New Jets on Carter BBD!

Teardown and rebuild on a carter 2barrel. I tore up the old jets taking them out and now i need new ones. The only problem is i cant find a site that sells them and i dont even know which ones to order. Help is appreciated

I have some jets in my Carter.
Haven't taken them out yet and don't know what size they are..stock I suppose (81 258)

I just took out The jets and the stamp is to small for me to read even with my reading glasses..

The stock BBD jets are 0.092." You can use Edelbrock jets and they are cheap. I have seen them on the rack at the local 4wd store and at checker auto parts. I assume other auto part stores carry Edelbrock jets too.

On one of mine it's got 120 and 38* cant make out the last one..
Looks like they have been changed before..

How much did the kit run you?

Doesn't this kit do the same thing as drilling them out (besides the screen), for got what drill bit size.

I ordered it right from that site. It says it's currently $32. That's probably what I paid.

Here is a picture of some edelbrock jets. Like I said, the stock BBD ones are 0.092". Otherwise, you can get a carb rebuild kit at any auto parts store. I've done that too and it is the only thing that ever got my BBD to idle.

Thanks i think ill just order some off of edelbrock. I have a rebuild kit from autozone too. Where should i order a rebush kit from? Also i would like to get some new metering rods
