Need help stopping my 79 CJ7

I need an adjustable brake rod Bustedjeep.com had a link but this site want open. I have a 79 CJ7 360cc wagoneer axles. Disk brakes in the front with NO power booster but I did purchase a PB unit and read I may need one rather have it and not need it that is a adj. brake rod

Oh the thread on loose steering was awesome that is why I am here now

You can buy them or fab one up. I cut and rewelded a threaded rod to the end.

I think what you are talking about Is usually found on late 60's chevy pickups I have a rod around somewhere But I think I saw a picture of them in Tri County Gear's add. I know that they used to carry them, they are the ones that came out with the idea of lengthening the rod to increase the braking. Give them a call 909-623-3373 or email tricountygea@yahoo.com.
