Looks like an old cj5 to me.

Sorry,Don't know much about them..... I never liked the gas tank ejection seat setup.

Just kidding, I love the door openings on the older jeeps, looks awesome.

Good luck.

The last year that the battery box cover was on the cowl was '63 so that puts this in the range of 55-63.

This is my buddy's 55 Willys down in Texas if you want to look at a reference point. 6 volt system with glass carb bowl and all. Kind of fun but squirrely on the road.

Fuel Tank under the seat, that's NOT recent, (Recent, as in '70 or later).
Off set front cowl cover,
Surface mounted tail lights, round.

Look for a 'Tool Box' under the passenger seat...

Look on the fire wall, see if there is an ID tag,
And does it have a master cylinder on the fire wall, or is the brake master cylinder under the floor mounted on the frame?

I never noticed the old jeeps had no roll cage, that's sweet.

It's an early 50's-60's CJ5. Look in front of the rear passenger fender well for a data tag as well.

It's basically a glorified tractor.

What you have there is a rare Tuxedo Park CJ-5. Chrome bumpers, taillights, license plate bracket, etc.
That pink color was called "Indian Ceramic" and was only used on the Tux Park.

Yes I agree with colojeepguy, it's a Tux Park they came out in '64. It was suppose to be a "sporty" jeep so don't know why someone would put tractor attachments on it. If you can locate the VIN number the first four digits should clarify it for sure. I believe the tux park VIN started with 8103, I could be wrong but alittle research will tell you since they are a rare jeep.

Holy Cats JH! Good to see you're still kickin' I've been away for a spell myself but was getting concerned that you hadn't posted for a while.

mine is a '66 cj5a. only difference i can see is mine has 3-on-the-tree, and a safari flip out windshield. both were options that year. so i def agree with colojeepguy as well.

The time now is 11:46 PM.
