I wouldn't bother running a D60 unless I was going to run at least 35" tires. Otherwise, that pumpkin is gonna drag quite a bit. If you're set on the bigger axles, then run 35-38 inch rubber. Otherwise, I would run the stock axles (maybe some one-piece shafts) until they break.

the projected is started
It was a tough fight but we won the body is final off we took it off in 2 pieces cause it was so rusted out. But the good news the fram is soild hoping to get it to the sand blaster this week. Motor and all should be out wensday night.
How much is the drive tran worth if any can give me any ideas 258 with a 3 speed t150, trans case axles all stock that comes on a 1978 cj7. Looking to sell how soon i dont know or trade for 350 radiator for a jeep and motor mounts and anything else i need to make this work. look at pics click here - http://www.flickr.com/photos/wanted_jeep/ |
