mounting rear bumper to a 80 CJ5

I have built a new rear bumper for my 80 CJ 5 but I'm not sure how to get it tied to the frame. It has the rear crossmember and that is it other than the bumperetts (SP?). I have added a hitch to the new bumper so I need to tie it to the frame. Has anyone done something like this before and if so how did you do it? I hate to just bolt it directly to the rear crossmember.

Thanks for the help
