I have 46's in one Jeep, 47's in the other. I honestly can't really tell a difference. The one with 47's has a header and is bored .30 over though, so the engines are slightly different.
I think you'd be fine with either. Better to be a hair rich than a hair lean, so I'd stick to 47's if it were me.
