Here are pictures of the other 3 ports can you please tell me what there are? I think the first pic is the s.... But please verify and I think the 2nd pic is e and then last I think I leave capped off

You need to figure out what the ford carb came off of and then look at that vacuum diagram to determine what is what.

Any vacuum diagrams post by members here are going to show the porting of the Carter BBD. Which will not match your ford carb.

M is manifold.

E is emissions. Which may or may not be capped. And is most likely for the evap purge and EGR operation.

S is spark. And via the CTO can also operate the EGR and EVAP purging.

Generally the E and S porting is above the throttle plates and show zero vacuum at idle. However each one is tuned to its intended task.

Just to add you can blow air or carb cleaner through the vacuum nipples. (He said nipples he he) and if its above the plates it could be spark or emissions. If its below the plates its manifold.

Well, not to hijack but... I ditched the 2150, and went with a reman Carter for a '79 CJ, from the above mentioned shop. I will agree with the quote...after 3 days of driving it around town, it really runs like a new Jeep.
