Motorcraft 1250 just rebuilt, need a part

I have just finished with the rebuild, and wouldn't you know it the only broken piece doesn't come with the kit.
Behind the electric choke, there is a plastic clip that attaches to one of the rods that moves up and down. It is shown in this picture just in front of the adjusting screw.
If anyone has this piece available, I would be grateful. I'm really hoping...

Have you tried Mike Ehramp (spelling?) He sells lots of MC carbs on ebay and may have the part you need. I don't think he'd mind his email being listed as its for a sale, so I'll PM you with it.

If you can't find one I may be able to make one for you.
That is if you have all pieces.

I don't have the piece that is broken off, however it simply continues around and makes a circle for the actuator rod to pass thru. I may ask for your help if Jeep Hammer doesn't have one.

As a last option only...
I never found a manual choke kit that was worth a crap. They are sooo cheaply constructed IMO. Do you know of a quality kit?

Nope, I specialize in Holley.

When I need Motorcraft parts, I just raid the local junk yards.

Mine is out of the help section at the auto parts store and haven't had a problem in ten years.
