more trouble than worth

Ok short story Hit deer /blew seal on radiator/ engine got very hot/ This was in my baby a 1980 CJ7. Wife told me to get new body and restore !!!! yay!! Engine is a 258. Engine pulled and body off. No rust anywear on frame. New body needs new floor pans(no big deal) My main problem is I cant get intake bolts out. I have sprayed I don't know how many cans of WD-40 on them. Any ideas I am going to put differant carb when done and header instead if stock manifold. Going to have cylinders checked and bored if nessisary /new cam and lifters everything. I miss this thing bad. My wife heard mecussing the intake bolts again the other day. told me to just go get another one cause this one was more trouble than it was worth. Not going to happen!!!! I hate the look of the New Jeep. Don't want any of that xj yj any of that other crap. Any ideas on how to get bolts out without breaking off in the head.

Take the head to a machine shop with the manifold on it. Let them worry about it if you are doing the work there anyway. You can put some penetrate on them and flash it with a TORCH.. Be very very CAREFUL. IF YOU HAVEN'T DONE THIS BEFORE I WOULD GO TO ABOVE SUGGESTION.

First off, get some penetrating oil. WD40 is a water dispersant, not a penetrating oil. Second, do as suggested and give the complete head to the engine shop.

Or throw that head and manifold away and put a 4l head with MPFI on it!
'84 CJ-7: Yota axles (spartan locked front, e-locked rear) 4" BDS, 1" Daystar & 3/8" shackle lifts, 35" X-Terrains on steelies, YJ Tub & family roll bar, heater blower upgrade, 4.2L w/MC2100 & Team Rush, Warn 8274. Rebuilt 4.2/4.0 hybrid, AX15 and twin sticks/clocking ring waiting to go in.

The advertised position for a topless, dirty jeep girl has been my wife. Thanks to all that applied.
<------------and yes, that is her.
