Its the side door that opens up directly to the driveway, so no deck here :-(. The window repairs will be long, hard, and not very rewarding other the just being done. After the windows I have around a 5x7 porch roof to build complete with columns and railings. That will be fun for me. Then just paint the front 2/3's of the house that I didn't do last summer. Basically non stop exterior work for the next 2 months that hopefully will be done before vacation.

As far as vacation goes driving back to Colorado again. Two nine hour days driving there, 2 nights in Durango, a day in Ouray, then 6 nights in Aspen, two 9 hour days driving back. While there I have 2 days of jeeping planed. The stop in Ouray is to go on a 1/2 jeep tour with San Jaun Jeep tours. They are going to take up to Yankee Boy Basin
. Later while in Aspen we are going to do our second jeep trip. Going to head up to Leadville and drive up Mosquits Pass
.

82 cj7 steering column

Hey MoC, my name is Phil. I have a jeep club in Texarkana and I'm trying to find a steering column for an 82 cj7. I was told by a friend that you may have the part I need.

The new Mrs. MoC mobile showed up yesterday. Still fighting the insurance company over the value of the Pilot. Allstate sucks! They have been shady in their handling of this and I decided to drop them as my homeowners carrier.

Jenns working this weekend so I'm home with the kiddos. I got my lasted purchase of Jeep dealer catalogs in today.

Nice! 6 or 8 cyclinder? My '04 is still going strong. How does Jenn like it?

Edit: I just realized that is a Sequoia so I'm sure it has a V8. That's a big ride...

Hey MoC. Be careful with removing that window glazing. A lot of the old glazings had asbestos in them.

5.7L gas sucking monster. It get 6mpg less than the Pilot which already was not great. Jenn wanted to be in something big in case of another accident. She only drives around 8500 a year so its around $800 more a year in gas. It was down to it or another Pilot. I preferred the Pilot, but happy wife happy life..

If you have two rears that are close matches to each other PM me a price. I live in western NC zip 28741. I will have some other parts on the list. In your vast travels you ever run into J truck parts? If you do, I need a few things.

Just out of curiosity, why a Sequoia instead of a 4runner? The new 4runners are HUGE compared to my old 3rd gen that I sold (2001 Limited 4wd)
